Not all the emails that I send end up in the SENT ITEMS folder, but can be found if I go looking for them using the FIND procedure. If found in the FIND window the emails can be printed but not moved or copied to my SENT ITEMS folder. This problem particularly
affects unanswered emails that are being forwarded - only the original email appears in the SENT ITEMS folder. Any ideas?
If I want to search for an email in the SENT ITEMS folder, I can only view for a short time before it automatically flips back to the INBOX. Frustrating as I'm usually looking for a particular email and if I try to read an email in the preview pane (even
after selecting/highlighting the item), the view flips right before my eyes back to INBOX. I have to click back on the SENT ITEMS folder. Is there a setting that is 'on' that I can turn OFF?????
