How can I remove the markers as > that appear before each sentence of a received mail when I hit reply and respond with the original amil attached at the bottom?
e.g.
>
> Best wishes,
wish to remove these ">" from the original mail while responding. How to do that?

I have Mac OS X1.7.5 and Outlook 2011 14.2.5. If I type the word App. with or without the period in a sentence Outlook gets a 'Application not responding' and I get the spinning ball. If I spell 'application' out or type the word 'App.' by itself it does
not lock up.
I'm having a problem with my outlook refreshing and the cursor locking up while typing emails.I start typing and about 8 or 9 words into a sentence the curser stops moving and the pinwheel shows up on the screen, about 4 seconds later i can resume typing
and then the cycle starts over again. i don't think this started happening until I upgraded to mountain lion. I am running OX Mountain Lion 10.8 on a macbook pro that is 1 year old and have installed the 14.2.3 update for Office for Mac. I've checked my disc
permissions and repaired. This is only happening on Outlook email.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks David

Why Why Why?
Why did my account send messages automatically? My friends got a message from me, but not really sent from me. It was just a website.
Not sure does it mean my account has been used by other people? I changed my code now, not sure will it happen again.
The second questions is what this sentence exactly mean? "your e-mail account has excedeed it's sending and receiving limit, ....we have to suspend your account in order to prevent unwanted bots and spyware using our customer's accounts..."
Is it an official mail? Does anyone else get the mail too? i got it twice. But there is nothing wrong with my account before that wrong message being sent.
Greatly appreciate your help.
I was typing an email and went back to a sentence that I had already typed toward the beginning of the email . I then inserted a comment in the middle of a sentence, and while inserting the comment the text that was already there disappeared. The new text overrode it and deleted the text already typed.
It was in that overtype mode or whatever it's called where words cannot be inserted without removing the text that is there. I didn't deliberately set it in this mode and don't know how to restore it to the insert text mode. HELP!
