Question about Outlook Express

I have read the forums and I see that there are similar problems and I have tried the fixes which have been suggested but nothing is working.

I am receiving this error.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn (xxxxxxx) account.

Server Error: 4201
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00002

This happened a little over 13 hours ago. Nothing has changed on my computer, meaning that I have not installed new software or changed any settings.

I have had this email account for years and have been using WLM forever. My anti virus hasn't changed so I can't see why the firewall etc would affect the mail settings.

I have re configured my email account by deleting the account, restarting the computer and then re adding my email account. This did not worked the first time, so I did the same thing a second time. Still no luck with receiving the same error message.

I do not have any emails in Outbox

I have no problem accessing my email on Outlook.com and able to send and receive emails there, but I really want to fix up my Windows Live Mail.
