This is the error msg I get after I type in user name and password - over and over and over and over. Phone call to tech support is one BIG JOKE.
I also have Windows Live Mail (Windows 7) and my mail is also stuck in the outbox. This is the error message I receive:
my e-mails from two connected addresses are not sent because of the error above; and the server response is: 550.5.1.0 authentification required.
The affected addresses of the two are connected to this address in one account. What is wrong?
