Mail Error – Server Status

How do I fix the server, have done hard restart 3 times to try & reset.

Cant get any emails

When I try to open my e-mails I get the message that the service is unavailable. I have checked the server status and it says that everything is ok. Can somebody tell me what is wrong and how I access my e-mails?
