Hello,

We have two Exchange 2010 servers each in a different data center, active/passive.  I have a CAS configured and the Windows outlook clients auto discover the CAS just fine.  Also when I fail over between servers the Windows Outlook clients fail over just fine.  My issue is with the Outlook for Mac clients, they don't automatically follow the fail over between servers.  When I check the settings I see the actually Exchange server name and not the CAS name like I see on the Windows Outlook clients.  Does anyone have some ideas on what might be causing this issue?

Thank you,

LS,

our ip 87.253.157.133 has been blocked by your servers for 2 weeks now.  The server is used for an in company application who emails our casual staff. A lot of these staff use hotmail or live email addresses.

We have investigated and corrected
all issues and signed up for all Bulk Email programms requested, but it doesn't seem to bring us any further. We also indentified and sorted the cause.

A small percentage of our address where invalid cuasing a reply to our noreply@<<ourdomain.com>>. This was set to automatically reply to all inbound email with a 'no reader' notification. This caused a loop to your servers because *** Email address is removed for privacy *** replied with a simulare message. Result was a large difference between RCPT commands and Reciepients. We have disabled to noreply notification.

We requested a review of our servers by you almost 4 working days ago, but the ip status on SNDS is still blocked.

My boss is chasing me to get this sorted, but I don't know who to contact or what to do else than already done. Could you please help us to solve this problem?

Thanks in advance!

Hans
Email from our server is not being accepted by certain Microsoft mail servers. I have joined the Smart Network Data Services and the JMRP but it has not provided any useful information. I have submitted calls via https://support.live.com/eform.aspx but it has not provided any other additional information other than we are still engaging in namespace mining.

Check the sending log files and concentrate on logs that are sending to nonexistent @hotmail.com, @live.com, @msn.com, @outlook.com?with multiple tries and failures.

I don't see how as we have not been able to send email for the past two weeks. I am also confused why some servers will accept mail and others will reject.

Bounce mail

mx1.hotmail.com
mx2.hotmail.com
mx3.hotmail.com
mx4.hotmail.com

Accept mail

*.blu0.hotmail.com
*.col0.hotmail.com
*.dub0.hotmail.com
*.snt0.hotmail.com

Hopefully somebody can help shed some light on the problem.

Thanks
I have two servers right now syncing mail, contacts and calendars.  I want to stop the syncing for all but the mail from my older account.  Is this possible to do from my end?  Or do I need to contact my former university and have them stop it on their end?
Thank you.
