Hi I have multiple server requests.

I receive update emails, from Microsoft, with links to https://support.microsoft.com

 

when I log on with my email address to the support site (the same address that I used to post the original question). I get <my@emailaddress> is not allowed to view this incident.

 

Please help me.

I have not been able to use outlook.com for several months, I am getting no help, and no response. I have very important messages in folders that I need to keep, or I would just delete the account and start over. Please respond to Service Request  1211801535

You have replied by email telling me you have responded to my service request but when I click on the link the only message that is displayed is a line that says I am not allowed to view this incident. What am I doing incorrectly?
