I use skydrive to keep files synced and backed up for several stores for my business. There were some VERY important pictures and files that have disappeared (both on the skydrive PC app and online at skydrive.com). I have read other support discussions and they state to ensure they were not share files and we not in the recycle bin. I have checked these, and the files were not shared, and they are not in the recycle bin. They were not deleted, they just disappeared, and it has happened to several of my folders.
From what I have read, it seems microsoft does not offer any support in this situation but I am reaching out anyway, because these files are VERY important.

***EDIT: I've noticed that this has happened to all the files in my (unshared) Documents folder. All the other folders are unaffected, unfortunately the vast majority of my files were in documents...
