urgent help: account locked (my husband’s)

Dear Sir/Madam, I am using my wife's account to post this question; its the only way to reach you!!! 
my name is Murad Shishani. my email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** was locked and it asks to send me a code to an e-mail which I used to have and not working now *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. now I am unable to enter my email and I need to unlock it please! would you help me in that!  below e-mail says my recovery e-mail is this one!
