Hello guys .when i try to open messenger or live mail i get this message

The application has failed to start becuase it's side-by side configuration is incorrect

 

My question is ...how to correct this issue

When Clicking over my user name I used to have two options for which email address I would like to use. I don’t have this option anymore without re-logging in.

When Clicking over my user name on top right side of page, I would normally have the option of which email address i would like to use. I no longer have this  facility, I need to log in separately to my second address.

I seem to get msgs. from Facebook friends; but am unable to open just the msgr. sidebar window for vid/ talk . I get a notice that says "my side by side configuration setting are incorrect".

Can’t open the options feature on hotmail

When I click on the options tab on my hotmail page, nothing happens.  When I try to switch to another hotmail account on the right side of the page, most of the pane is blank.  How can I fix the page?

but mine is still there

When I open my email, I automatically see ads popping up on the right side of my mail , making it hard for me to read the mail. I don't want to see ads.

Desktop (not Exchange server side) rule using message size

I am trying to create a rule using message size of 3,000K or 3MB and it cuts down 3,000 to 3K ever time I save the rule. It does appear to take 333 or 999 but thats as large as it allows. This seems ridiculous and is driving me nuts. What am I doing wrong?

When trying to load an attachment to an e-mail ( Either a picture or document ) the green loading bar gradually increases to almost the right side and then stops at about 99% and never finishes loading.  I am then unable to continue and send. I don't recall making any adjustments to settings recently.
