I originally set up my windows live email without signing in. now when i set up an account and sign in, I have none of the contacts from my email.
i've got problem to signing in to windows live messenger., i've always find error., my computer was been reformatted to windows 8, till then i cannot sign in anymore., please help me?

At some point in time I had to sign up for this Passport email, never used it! Have used sympatico address since 1998. The passport address has to have
shown on my emails at some point in time. Or hotmail users had access to it! No one seems to have heard of it. Except now years and years later
someone has sent me an important email to the passport email address. I have already messed up my sympatico password by trying to change email addresses on my hotmail sign in page. I have had the email password reset! Now if someone can direct me as to how to find and get into my Passport Email account!
Microsoft account is blocked. Account sign in to xbox live profile. Tried customer support form and didn't work. Need more help
It appears that many people are losing significant numbers of important emails from active accounts but I have been unable to detect any sign of a helpful response from Microsoft. If anybody found a helpful Microsoft response would you please direct me
to it. Note I am not looking for advice on how to recover emails that I have deleted.
Sometimes I can´t sign in my messenger error code 81000323 but I have 2 counts and with the other I don´t have any problem
