can’t send or receive any emails

I have not been able to send or receive any emails since 12/30/2012. Contacted verizon for a total of 3 hrs. , to be told it's a microsoft problem. I'm using verizon site to get my email. Absolutely hate it. Want my windows life mail back. Trying to talk to or live chat microsoft is impossible. If this issue can't be resolved, plan on buying an apple, been having to much problem with microsoft. Any help would be appreciated.

 I do not want thh Outlook  format w/bells and whistles and in your face ads which will not go away.  I involuntarily received this "gift"and want to re-gift it!  I somehow "found" a site where I could switch back just before the New Year's but I had worked so long and hard I could not remember how I happened upon it.  .  But that was short lived -3 days-and then I was re-programed back to OUTLOOK.  How can I return to the old Hotmail format?  HELP!!

windows live email access problem

I cannot get into my email (windows live) when I click on the icon on my desktop. It shows the hourglass for a few seconds and then it stops. I can get into my email through my provider's web site, so they said it was a Microsoft problem. When I called microsoft, the microsoft person sent me to the support page that only suggested we change our password. Ths was done successfully, but we still can't access email through the windows live icon. Can someone please help us with this?

  i received messages from a dating service but i could not have access to any of them i guess because of a local government block on such sites. what shall i do to have access to my mail now . 

Remember , this happens only with the dating site but other then that every thing is fine.

I have Windows live on my Windows 7 and I want to use Hotmail as my email address instead of my server.  I need to change the POP portal numbers to get it to work and can not find them anywhere on the Hotmail site.

My hotmail might have a problem since last night (Decm. 23, 2012).

My hotmail has been telling me hotmail might have a problem since last night (Decm. 23, 2012) and I can't see mails, while the system monitering site tells me hotmail is working properly.

 

Why I can't use my hotmail?
