Today i went on skydrive to retrieve these files and they are gone. Like I never placed them on there.
I know that they synced because it said in the cloud all items up to date.
can you tell me if there is a way to get these items back?

On 9/1/2013 I added several files to my skydrive. I walked away for about a half a hour so that everything could sync. I reinstall my computer to factory settings because of several error messages. I saved these files to skydrive because they were important
to me for work purposes.
