I registered my Office 365 with a yahoo account and Skydrive with my gmail account.  Everything works great on my computer.  I recently added Office 365 to my android phone.  When opening it needed to ne associated to my yahoo account but it will not access my Skydrive.  Is there a way to change one of the accounts so I can access my documents?

Recently I tried to put a photo on SkyDrive from my Surface, and upload it online from my Windows 7. I put SkyDrive on my computer the day before, and it was working fine. All the files I uploaded appeared on my Surface. But today, when trying to upload a photo online, I found that the entire SkyDrive folder on my computer was empty; even though my Surface and the website told me I had files on SkyDrive. I am so confused, because I have no idea what's causing this.
I thought that maybe it's because I'm not logged in on Microsoft.com, so I did, but still nothing happened. I'm sure if it's because the folder didn't update or not, but after a few minutes it's still not.
I tried checking for sync problems, but it wouldn't even let me click on the button to do so. I know it's not something on my computer blocking SkyDrive, it was working just yesterday (then again I have some broken security programs on my computer that I need to get rid of that may be causing that).
Please help me, I put some important files in the SkyDrive that are now only available online and I can't get to on my computer (but, thankfully, I don't have anything due, I just want access to those files).
Note: I do sometimes have terrible internet, but this problem occurred when my internet was working fine.
How can I get Windows Media Center to recognize music and picture folders I have in SkyDrive?  I'm running Windows 8.1 Pro, which has SkyDrive integrated into it.  However even though SkyDrive folders are available locally, Windows Media Center doesn't recognize them.  I did see SkyDrive mentioned once when I was browsing through Windows Media Center, but I haven't been able to find that location again.
Hello,

I am encoutering a problem that my Windows 8.1 pro stopped sync today (it was fine until now). I am receiving a message under PC settings - SkyDrive - File storage that "Sorry, we couldnt connect to SkyDrive. Please try again later, or go to SkyDrive.com to change settings". As I proceeded to my account on SkyDrive.com, everything is normal.

Some things you might ask.
1. My Windows 8.1 pro is logged in with the same windows live account.  Unter PC settings- Accounts I can only pick "Disconnect", which means I am properly logged in as usual.
2. I have another Windows 8 pro laptop running a desktop client version of Skydrive, which is still working perfectly.
3. I cannot possibly delete and reinstall SkyDrive on windows 8.1 pro since I have never downloaded any desktop client.
4. Because there is no desktop client on windows 8.1 pro, I cannot change anything on the web version of SkyDrive under PCs on the left (I actually dont see my windows 8.1 device under PCs since the first day I am using it).
5. My windows 8.1 is connected to the internet properly, no proxy.
6. SkyDrive Sync Engine continues to run and doesn’t crash at all.
7. The issue happens on all folders and files.
8. No any sorts of error icon or pop-up.
9. Cannot possibly reinstall since I have never installed Skydrive client. it just came with windows 8.1 pro.

Can somebody help me please.

Thanks
I have just moved from 8.0 to 8.1. No problems with the upgrade. With 8.0 I could play all my videos within SkyDrive. With 8.1 some cannot be played. Sky Drive asks to install Silverlight. Even with Silverlight installed, they still cannot be played. All the videos have been made with Movie Maker. Any assistance?
I have windows 8.1 pro and my Skydrive folder is missing from my file explorer. I NEED that file because I use desktop mode the most on my desktop. Where did it go, again that file in the explorer is absolutely necessary for me to get work done. I need my files to sync between all my computers, my schooling and job depends on that.

Hi,

need your help. I run Win 7 home premium and my user was set up as an administrator. After I installed SkyDrive I keep getting this error which tells me to restart SkyDrive without admin rights. I CAN'T do that. When I googled this community and on the net the only answer appears to relate to Vista, NOT Win 7. The only way it seems to work is if I download the SkyDrive app every time if I want to upload something, else upload manually via a browser. Can anyone please help? Thx.

Nothing but heartburn getting SkyDrive to work correctly!

Here's the latest problem:

When I attempt to open a OneNote file from SkyDrive on my Windows Phone 8, I get the follow error message:

There is a Problem

We can't complete this task. Try Again. Error code: 8000003e9.

Anybody have any idea of what is going here?

Would very much appreciate any suggestions.

I have uploaded hundreds of photos to SkyDrive and recently sat down to organize them into appropriate folders.  After hours of organizing, I logged into SkyDrive two days later and all my new folders were gone and ALL of my photos.  Where did they go and can anyone please help me get them back!!
