Messenger Forum: Skype contacts blocked after upgrade from Windows Live Messenger

Hi,

 

I am also facing the same blocked accounts in Skype after the migration from Windows Live Messenger to Skype. They are many accounts about more than 100+ accounts which are blocked. The Limited access also does not help since there are no users blocked in the People of Outlook.com or also into the Skype Interface.

how do I get rid of the annoying skype that pops up upon opening hotmail.  I do not want this.  Old hotmail did not send this trash.

After logging into my Hotmail account, Skype pops in and kicks me out of Hotmail. What can I do to fix this?????

Blocked People on MSN Messenger. How can I unblock them on Skype????

If you once blocked someone on MSN Messenger, how can you unblock them on Skype????
Under MSN Messenger (Windows Live) I had several friends 'blocked' on my pc then I changed to Skype and have no idea how to unblock them.  I've tried going to privacy setting but the"Unblock Contact" is not being highlighted when I highlight my blocked contacts and hence nothing happens. Can someone please help me????

skype contacts won’t appear on outlook.com

Hello,

After having linkedin my skype account with my outlook.com counterpart, I realized that the skype contacts were not properly imported. Indeed, they are not imported into the People List. Strangely some of my skype conversations are showed when I click on "Edit Profile" (and then Message Box) but They re-disappear when I am back to my "Inbox" windows.

 I wonder if it is actually normal? I do not have this problem with google or facebook account, only with skype.

My platform information:

  + Browser: Google Chrome: Version 28.0.1500.95
  + Windows 7 64bit

Why is it that every time I sign in to outlook, it jumps to Skype?

When I sign in to my email at outlook.com, within a few second, it jumps to a Skype window wanting me to sign in to Skype. It's been doing this for the last few days.

Very annoying!!

HELP! I have just bought a new laptop tried to go on skype and it wants to merge my email account. Anyhow awful issues trying to unlink (due to not realising so many contacts would appear on Skype) go through to a skype help person she tells me to log out and back into my email account to get a code and suddenly my account is inactive. It does not even recognise my email address anymore. How do I get my email address back? I have had it for over 7 years and it is really important that I get it back please help!

when I sign into outlook to check my mail, after about 10 seconds I am transferred to Skype sign in....never used Skype, didn't sign up, don't want it! Now I can't check email..why does this happen...how can I make it stop...I am essentially computer-illiterate....help!
