I do not understand why these e-mails were put into a POP folder anyway, because I don't use a Smart phone or Mac Mail, although I do use an Apple Mac, but get into my account through www.hotmail.com, so what went wrong?
Cannot find anywhere in my account to indicate how I can get these older messages, some of which are very important to me.  As I have mentioned cannot get past Options, to go into MAIL (not listed at the left pane of my account).  I have gone into "Managing my a/c" and chosen the option to save messages, and not delete them, but don't know where the last ones have been stored.   Can someone please assist to help me please find this POP folder please?  Also cannot see any option to find "Folders" at all. Many thanks in advance.
In Outlook for Mac 2011, can one convert Smart Addresses to show the complete email address in headings; and can one convert the new heading to the old "From:/To:/Subject:" format?
I would like to create a Smart Folder for Inbox emails that I check as red "flagged".  I have successfully created Smart Folders for incoming emails by  "From" but can't seem to get the Flagged emails to go into a Smart Folder.
"Since launch" was a very useful saved search for me in Entourage. Is there a way to use it as a Smart Folder in Outlook 2011? I can't find it in any Date Sent by or Date Recieved function. Could a raw query do it?
I discovered the Flagged Mail 'Smart' folder this morning.  Clicked on one of the flagged emails, but clicked too far to the right, which cancelled the flag and the email disappeared from the list.  Did a search for it, reapplied the flag, then went to return to my inbox and was asked if I wanted to save the changes to the 'Smart' folder, which I did, and now the Flagged Mail 'Smart' folder only contains the emails from the results of the search that I did!  I really do NOT like this Outlook!!  It's riddled with booby traps.
I want 2 separate Smart Folders:

1) All due -before- Tomorrow (i.e., Today & Before Today, or, i.e., all that are either Overdue or Due Today).

2) Due Tomorrow (but not before or after tomorrow).

I've moved from Outlook 2003 on XP, and there you could type any logical day into any condition, any date field, any filter: "tomorrow" or "two tuesdays from now" or "three months from last monday" and it'd store and/or do the date math. But now there is no Tomorrow. Hellllllp! THANKS
SMART FOLDERS
My save searches for SMART FOLDERS are not sticking in Outlook 2011 of Mac.  I have a edit the smart folder every day to exclude my DELTED, SENT, JUNK folders for a save search for TODAY's emails.  I like to look in this smart folder view as I move mail into various folders on my Exchange server and local "on my computer."  The feature works great, but I have to rebuild the FOLDER filter every time.  The Advance search keeps the "FOLDER IS NOT" search filter, but breaks the "FOLDERS" to exclude.  Mark
