I need to turn off smartscreen in hotmail cuz it keeps deleting my important stuff. I need to do this as soon as possible please
So since Microsofts "Smartscreen" Outlook decides what is junk mail and what isnt, then does that mean Microsoft looks into the email and reads it ?

One of my approved senders is my Scouting ounty Office but smartscreen keeps flagging the messages with this message.
This message looks suspicious to our SmartScreen filters.
I received an email titled "VERIFY THIS EMAIL ADDRESS TO AVOID IMMEDIATE CLOSURE!!" from the address *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. It was filtered into my junk mail by microsoft smartscreen. I did not follow the link as I am not sure this is a valid mail. It says my
account will be permanently closed within 24 hrs if I do not verify it. Can you please tell me if this e-mail is valid and if I should follow the instructions?
