Hi all.

I have a special situation with mail being sent to hotmail from a dedicated server.
Mail is not rejected by hotmail, but it's never delivered, nor bounced.
IP reputation is good as seen at SNDS, and reverse resolution and SPF are all right.
If email is not rejected and not bounced by hotmail, why do outlook.com users not receive those emails?

We are a company that sends emails to Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, MSN.com etc.

 

We are part of the SNDS program and the Microsoft Junk Mail Service program yet when our clients send to outlook their emails are being labeled as SPAM.  We are using SPF records as well and this is still happening.

 

Can someone tell me what we need to do to get off of this SmartScreen Filter list?  We have followed the MS guidelines and are still having difficulties.

We are facing SNDS problem, since last 15 days , https://postmaster.live.com/snds/index.aspx link are not opening,
showing error as  " The page isn't redirecting properly "

Please tell us why its happen .

I've tried to reach SNDS support through email several times over the last month without response, so I'll try in here.

I'm requesting access to 3 IP ranges on the site, and the RIPE lookup is succesful - I'm now asked to select an appropriate mailing address for recieving the confirmation email, and I've selected my "postmaster at xxx.xx" address, which I know is valid. However, I'm not recieving the confirmation email, so I can't get on with the process.

How can I solve this? Who should I talk to? I've already tried the msn-snds at microsoft.com email without luck. Are they checking this mail at all?
Any help appreciated.

I currently work for a company that is having difficulty sending to Outlook.com accounts.  I have checked our IP stats and we appear to be in good standing, I have also recently signed up for the SNDS and Junk Mail Program with Outlook.com in order to ensure we do not have any issues with delivering email to your organization.

 

With that being said we recently been having a problem where sometimes we cannot get our message through to the outlook.com servers.  Everything shows fine on our end and says delivered, however it doesn't seem to come through to the actual mailbox in outlook unless I mark as a safe sender.

 

Can someone please help me with this and help us understand why our emails are getting delivered, but not showing up in the Outlook inbox.  The Microsoft SNDS status shows our email reputation is at Normal and is not blacklisted.

Why does the SNDS IP Status report tell me that our Sending IP is Blocked, but when I fill out the support form here: https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?productKey=edfsmsbl3&ct=eformts, I receive multiple email responses saying, "More information needed," or "I do not see anything offhand that would be preventing your mail from reaching our customers from your IP: xxx.xx.xx.xx."  Then I'm instructed to refer to the SNDS service to check on the Health of my IP, which has ALREADY told me that my IP is being blocked.  This is completely circular and does not resolve any problems.  How can I possibly remove the block from my IP if Microsoft will not acknowledge that there is a block present?

    We are facing SNDS error again since last 2 days . when we try to get snds page[ https://postmaster.live.com/snds/]
its giving an  error as " The connection was interrupted ". Please reply back why is it happen , is it problem from our side ?
