I think my Outlook Mac 2011 software install is damaged.
When I go to tools, accounts, I just get a blank box.
So I can't change account data.
Is the solution to reinstall outlook? If so what is that process like.
I had problems opening my dvds into movie maker, so in search for information, I found this Microsoft site with information on how to proceed.

In this discussion there was reference to converting my files using a program called Freemaker video converter, I did that and only one DVD converted properly and now I'm left with no software to do this. I did try to open DVD in windows media player
and hope that would work, but it does not read my disc. I have windows 8.1 operating system and since this is a new computer I'm hesitant to just start downloading programs/software for this OS without knowing they will work.
Can you offer a suggestion?
Whenever I split a clip on windows movie maker it turns it green. I have never had this problem before and I have been using this software since Decemeber 2012. I updated my computer, updated the software, checked for more updates and found none, restarted
the software, restarted my computer, reimported the movie files, and checked my video driver for problems and found none, I also repaired the software. After all that I have done, northing has changed. I am running this on a Windows 8 Toshiba satellite and
am using windows movie maker 12. My computer is up to date.
Hi I travel to many many countries so my IP is always changing as is the software eg Internet Explorer, Firefox, Glass etc.
Unfortunately my PROFILE at HOTMAIL is always telling me "account is being compromised RESET PASSWORD" - VERY VERY FRUSTRATING
because I know it is only just me in another town on a different IP in a different cafe.
QUESTION
How can I get my Hotmail Profile to NOT require me to make any password change (because to me this is a danger - what if I forget the temporary password?)

I am getting a message on my Mac that is requiring me to upgrade the software, yet, when I go to the site, http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/skydrive/download#apps and click the download button, nothing happens. I re-downloaded Silverlight, and installed
just in case, but still nothing happens. I am using the latest version of Firefox. Since the app won't come up on my computer, I don't exactly which version of the software I currently have.
Please provide some help, so I can get to my files other than through the browser.

MacOffice 2011 - Auto update keeps down loading 14.1.0 when later versions are already on the computer. Installation attempt brings message " Update cannot be installed on this disk. A version of Software required to install this update was not found on
this volume". Is this preventing later updates from being down loaded?

Have 14 emails in my inbox
but software say there is 33
The 19 are in there but invisible
If i click on on it shows as a blue panel
I cannot delete them
Also
it is showing some duplicates as well i.e.
email 1 is at the top of the inbox window
and also appearing at the bottom, bit underneath the invisable ones

My Outlook identity is about 3GB. I guess 2/3 of that is from this folder.
Would the software open/ close or perform better it that folder was removed? thanks.
