I have just downloaded and installed the latest software update for Outlook part of my Office 2011 suite and now keep getting the error message which reads
"clientbug append command exceeds the maximum allowed size.

I need help in resolving this issue.

I just upgraded Office 2011 with the weekly software update and office is now corrupt

 can't move emails to different folders, can't create appointments (greyed out).  Outlook now crashes about every 30 mins or so.
