Since I got changed over to Outlook last week (hate it by the way) some emails which have been sent to me don't arrive. And some emails I send don't arrive at the recipient's. I know very little about computers but have happily been using Hotmail for years
and never had a problem. Is there a simple solution or would it be best for me to open up another email account eg googlemail or gmail? I just want things to be simple (and I find the new Outlook thing complicated) so any recommendations on a very simple email
provider for us technophobic old people would be good too.

I should have use the help line when it was free.
Problem: When writing an email in Outlook, I constantly see the spinning wheel in between each key stroke. This spinning wheel caused a latency of from 3 to 10 seconds between each key stroke. It's driving me crazy and I have all but abandoned Outlook for other email programs. I visited the Outlook 2011 Forum but with no solution. I have checked "rules" I have deleted all the caches using "Cocktail". It looks like Outlook is looking for something between or checking for something with each key stroke.

I can find lot-o-tutorials on how to do it on PC, but I can't find any of the options in the mac version.
Please help! I have spend hours looking for a solution.
The next day I am no longer logged in. The log in box is no longer available. Instead, I see a page that indicates that there is some sort of problem. I can fix the problem (the log in box appears as usual when I click the Windows Live Messenger button)
by restarting the computer. But the solution is good for one day only.
Whenever i try to open outlook, it says it can't open because of problem. Does anyone have a solution
After I've changed to Windows 7 Enterprise, Live Messenger stopped working. Troubleshooting shows that key ports is the problem. The only suggested solution that doesn't work is in resetting security.dll. I got 0x80070005 as an error message when I tried
to reset wintrust.dll. Any idea on how to fix? Is it related to why Messenger isn't working?
Our font is set to 12pt Arial for email but becomes very tiny in the message received by some Windows Outlook and earlier Mac Entourage recipients.
We suspect looking at the message source code that something something funky is going on with the font encoding.
Does anyone have is the solution for the type to stay the same size?
