Please let me know how to see how to check past history with someone in chat(Messenger)
Can Someone please tell me if there are plans to have the Read Receipt option added into Microsoft Outlook for MAC? I have the 2011 Home and business version and read receipts are crucial for my business. This is annoying! What's the word? Anyone know
if or when that will be added?

I would like to know if there is a way that I can have a confirmation telling me that the email that I sent someone was recieved and read? I am working on some things and need to be able to verify whether or not someone has recieved and read my email as intended.
After I send a reply and go back to the original email-the replay is posted on top of the email or if I forwarded it-that is connected on top of the original email. I don't want my replys or forwards connected to original email. Can someone help me?
Hi, I have one contact in my email account who every time I send her an email, her reply keeps getting sent back to her as undeliverable. I do not have her in my blocked contacts. Can someone help me with this problem please. thank you.

When I was with Microsoft entourage I sent email and I know automaticaly when the receiver open and read my email. Since I used Outlook I didn't find how to do that? someone could help?
