how do i know if the person has deleted me off messenger dont see there picture
Please can someone help me access my emails?! I don't make a fuss - I'm a librarian after all - but what kind of Customer Care is it to tell the customer that they can't have access to their emails, when it's obvious that they can't be a criminal. Would I be on this forum if I was?

I had this issue a couple of days ago, but I don't know why or who? Has my account been hacked?
Also, I've tried everything to get it unblocked, but because I set up the account in the last century, I'm not even sure there were any security questions set up at the time and what my answers were. I can give all the answers about who I've sent mail to and had mail from, contacts etc but I need to speak to a real person!!!
If someone sends you an email from another time zone, does there time come up when they sent it under there email address? Whos time is that?
How can someone else use another person's email address, my son in Newzealand has a account which he has had for many years and a person in USA is also using his account for **** caming what can be done about it?
