Over the last week I have not been able to access my emails via my mobile phone. I have contacted Sony and they have suggested that because of the change from Hotmail to Outlook this could be causing the problem. I get an error message saying "unable
to connect to server". I have deleted my email account and tried to reinstate a new one only to get the above error message. Please investigate and advise. Also, could you provide the correct settings for the email account.
