Could.nt update to the latest version
Couldnt install these programs messenger, majl, photo gallery etc
Because there was a problem updating one of the programs none of them were updated

For the last few days I have been having serious problems with windows live messenger. It will either not log me in at all or if it does when I try to appear online to contacts it will either throw me out of messenger altogether or it will show me off line to my contacts even though im showing as available.
Any help please. I have not changed anything with the settings or on my laptop. I need to get it sorted out asap as it is my only source of contact with someone very important.

I've received an email from 'MAIL' asking me to verify my details otherwise my email account will be deactivated. The source is 'Newssend .com'
I am suspicious this is a phishing scam.
