Hello, could someone please help,

I have a very big problem with my Hotmail account, it firstly got hacked and has been sending out spam emails to people, i know this as my friends have told me, i tired to sign into the account and the password had been changed, i tried to enter it a few times which got the account blocked.

 I have had this email address for such a long time i do not remember any of the information, such as the secret question, or any other information i may have wrote, so when i am trying to confirm the account is mine i cannot as i do not know the details.

Also the other email address i wrote down when i opened the account is a really really old one that i have not accessed for years, so Hotmail is saying it will send my reset password to this account, which i do not have access to.

I put in my boyfriends email as an alternative for a reset password to be sent to him when this all first happened, but because i do not remember the secret question or any of the information i wrote when opening the account, it will not send a password to him.

 I am very stuck and frustrated, this account is one i have used for many years and i have a lot of important things linked to this account and important emails in it, it is the email address i have given out for anything that has ever been important in my life! So i really need to gain access! i have been blocked from it for nearly 3 weeks now and i don't know what to do

Anyone have any ideas?

The other day I received 36 'Delivery Status Notifications (Failure)' reports. None of the reports were for emails that I had sent and they were all mostly to aol accounts, but none to any of the accounts that were in my contacts list. All the emails were also in my sent items folder. All the emails had attachments, none of which I opened, and all were had watches in the headers. Has my account been hacked? I have changed my password to a more secure one now. Do I need to do anything else?

Access to my regular Hotmail account is currently blocked. I believe this is because it was thought I have been using it to send spam emails. When I try to logon I get the message "It looks like someone else might be using your account".

I am then led to a questionnaire ( https://account.live.com ). I fill this in to the best of my ability and shortly after receive an email (to a different account) to say that Microsoft will respond within 24 hours. I do not received a response. I have repeated this cycle of form filling and waiting for a response for 24 hours, several times.

 

Then I did get a response:

This link sends me back to  the same cycle  https://account.live.com  as before. Please don't suggest I go back to the same link that I originally had a problem with, without giving me some additional info to go on. I'm fed up with going round in circles!

Surely someone out there knows how to sort this thing out instead of everyone wasting time messing around on

 

PS I have not been sending spam, but emails to charitable donors - all of whom have donated to my cause before. It seems that because many have changed their email addresses and thus got returned as undeliverable that your algorithm has decided I am a spammer.

I want to delete my Hotmail account as it is sending Spam emails to my contacts. I have tried to cancel it but I get a message saying I need to cancel my subscription to OWL (Orange Windows Live Messenger). I have no idea what this is and I can't seem to delete it. Help!!
Spam emails have been sent from my email account. Within 20 minutes of them being sent, I had changed my password and ran an antivirus- is there anything else I should do and how do I report this?
          I have a problem, that somebody has been using my email address and sending spam emails to people from my contact list, what do I do?

My inbox is set to exclusive!      Yet I still get 6 or more JUNK mail every day.      Is it so difficult to scan the contact list and exclude messages that are from UNLISTED people?      EXCLUSIVE IS supposed to restrict E-mails to only my contact list?      What seems to be the problem????
