There needs to be better filters on my hotmail account, as I am receiving emails for other peoples accounts that are not mine.  It needs to stop as I am unable to use the account due to the volume of spam it receives. Please Help! me with this issue Now, thank you.


Hi.  My domain   mystarkids.com  is configured for use Windows Live domains but some accounts are considered SPAM in other outlook or hotmail accounts ..   How is that possible?   My SPF and TXT records are as they say in the config page.

Some messages are coming with prefix: [SPAM].
When I try to chasnge assignment from spam to no spam (right side click) the option is not valid (grey).
How can I activate this option?

We are using outlook.com as the front end for our emails, i.e. we have setup an account to send and receive emails through our provider's SMTP and POP3 servers.

 

The problem is that we are finding that some emails are bouncing back with the error as below.

 

Why is this happening and how can we stop it?

This morning my outlook account was hacked and spam with a questionable link was sent to all of my address book.  I did a reply all to each spam sent and advised the recipients not to click on the link...and each link was different and it was only sent to 2 or 3 people at a time.  I've changed my password on my account.  Any other words of wisdom on how to prevent this from occurring again?

How can I stop receiving junk email on my inbox? lately it seems to be too many ads, spam, and general junk mails on my account, I have all of my security set to private and only to only receive from senders and safe list yet I am receiving 10 spams a day with this!!!
i keep receiving spam in my inbox, despite having the filter set to exclusive. On the email it says that the email is from someone from my contact list, which is not true! I move the spam to Junk and block them, but it hasn't resolved anything.
I have been a hotmail/outlook premium subscriber for several years and don't mind paying for the extra "perk" of not having advertisements, having extra storage, etc. In the past week, I have been inundated with 10-15 spam emails at a time, multiple times a day, that come to my InBox instead of  going to the JUNK folder. Over the past 3-4 months, I have noticed the JUNK folder filling up multiple times a day with between 10-30 messages at a time. This is something new. I use this account for business and have other email accounts that I use for online shopping, etc, so I haven't given this email out to anyone in the past few months. What's going on that the SPAM filter isn't sending these emails to the Junk folder?

This week my inbox has been full of SPAM. I checked my system as best as I could and everything seemed alright, but I keep getting SPAM in my in box. What do I do?
