Mail from contact list being marked suspicious or SPAM

I do a lot of business with a specific company. I've put everyone there on my contact list, but every piece of email still gets labeled suspicious, or even sometimes SPAM. How do I fix this?

Not getting all outlook emails on Ipad/Iphone

I have an Ipad and Iphone. I am not receiving emails from one specific company (who uses outlook) on my ipad or iphone. When I go to a desktop, the emails appear. Even after I have opened them on a desktop I am unable to see them on my ipad.

Is there any way you can get deleted emails back from a specific company that have been deleted from the deleted box? Can Microsoft do this?

Someone hacked my account and deleted emails and then now I can't see them and don't know how to get them back, can Microsoft get certain emails back?
