A customer requires outlook to detect double spaces between words and replace them with a single space when running spell check. Outlook 2011 does not pick up double spaces (space bar pressed twice) as an error and ignores them. There is no green squiggle line indicating an error either.

I have tested this in word 2011 and the spell check identifies double spaces and rectifys them by reducing the two spaces to a single space between words.

Please let me know what i need to do to enable the spell check or grammar rule to detect and fix double spaces.

BOUGHT NEW IMAC AND DO NOT HAVE SPELL CHECK ANY MORE ON OUTLOOK WHEN REPLYING TO EMAILS
My spell check option on Outlook has gone away? How can I get it back?
Is spell check available on Outlook?

before today I had spell check when writing a message.  Today spell check is gone.  How can I get it back.

I am not able to use spell check in outgoing hotmail messages.  The option was available last week and has disappeared again   for example the mispelled words were underlined in red and then a drop down presented with options.....  Now, no underlying and when I attempt by clicking the drop down has undo and no spelling suggestionsHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPP

Hi

I have just update my hotmail account to the new Otlook version, but for some strange reason the 'spell check' is missing, can anyone advise please.

Many thanks LD

How can I edit the spell check file in Windows Live Mail. I clicked ADD by mistake, adding a incorrectly spelled word.

I often write e-mails in french. Is there a way to switch between french and english with out being annoyed by the english spell check. Or and also having a spell check in french with out having to change the language of my computer.

Thanks!

Using Mail application from Live Essentials package I write messages in different languages. Is there any way to quickly change spell checker language within message window?

As for now I have to go for application options and change spell checker default language (it affects all messages written from that point of time - till I do not change it again). I would prefer to change spell checker language in real time within the message window (as it's possible in Outlook).

Did I missed something or that quick language change is not possible in Live Essentials Mail?
