When I create a new email to send, the option for spell check is missing. Noticed it after I "upgraded to Outlook" . Of interest is when I upgraded to Outlook all my screens looked the same but all my contacts were lost. Some how managed to recover the contacts but is was blind luck.

Notice right after there was not spell check option but had it before. Not sure the upgrade installed due to all my screens and options look the same except for the spell check.  Also keep getting prompts or ads to upgrade.

 

I dont get automatic spell check or even have an option to spell check any e-mails anymore. It disappeared somehow. I use IE( and windows 8.

I used to have spell check on my Hotmail when I was composing a new e-mail, but on my new computer, which has Windows 8, I no longer have spell check.  What can I do?

My Windows live Hotmail spell check id not working.  When I highlight the contents and press "spell check" button, a comment appears and says " Most browers checks spelling mistakes automatically.  Look for the words flaged with red line......" But it does not give any red line for even obvious mistakes.  I use Firefox as my browser.

when i type in a new email and click on check spelling I get the message " first 1100 characters. were sorry we could not check the rest of the message

This started when I was getting a meesage inserted at the staart of a new email. I restored my system to soove this but spell check does not work and still prints this message

I can't find the way to have Spell check option on my my new message screen. I seem to have all the other options available.

All the instruction are for one language.

But I am bilingual (English and Spanish) I want to be able to switch the spell check from english to spanish on WINDOW LIVE MAIL without changing the default. So far I have changed the default to spanish.  Yahoo have a super nice way; they have AUTO-SELECT SPELLING LANGUAGE in which select the language we need.  For what I read about this issue, you are not making easy for your customers.  You better fix this because the next time I need to email in spanish or any other language will be with YAHOO

On my Mac, every time I get email's it spell checks them. I don't care if my incoming email's have mistakes. Can I turn this off, but keep spell check for out going? Need help!
