How can I add language that does not exist in language options for spelling check?

Hi

I have the Outlook 365 on my iMac updated with Maverick bought in UK, used in Slovakia. When writing an email in Slovak language I do have a problem to spell check it since this language is not included in the Spelling and Grammar language options. Could you please help me, how to install the Slovak language into the list since I do need it every day. 

I am also not able to find the spelling check option in the Word.

I could not find Turkish in the spelling check list how can I make outlook to make spelling check in Turkish ?? 
Outlook for Microsoft makes spelling check in Turkish why OUTLOOK FOR MC DOES NOT MAKE SPELLING CHECK FOR MAILS IN TURKISH
Told me to add the language from library but I could not find Turkish in the Library.

Microsoft Office Mac 2011- Can’t do spelling and grammar check on existing word doc

Hi,

I have installed Microsoft office mac 2011 on my apple laptop last year. Yesterday, when I tried to open an existing word doc and try to do a spelling and grammar check it says "Word cannot start the spelling check. The spelling checker files may be missing. Make sure the spelling checker file are installed or use the Microsoft office Installer to install the spelling checker." I can't exit out after this pop up appears the only way to exit is to force quit on my apple computer. 
Please let know why this is happening and how I can possibly fix it.
