Por que não consigo acessar minha caixa de entrada e contatos, mas consigo entrar no sky driver? Quando tento fazer login recebo essa mensagem: Sorry, something went wrong

Ao clicar no link Service status, diz que está funcionando nolmalmente, mas ao clicar email retorna essa mesma mnsagem e não entra na caixa de entrada. Como posso resolver isso? Desde já agradeço.

why do windows live messenger and web messenger show different contacts and status? and showing out of date details?

im having many problems with hotmail and messenger. ive followed the help link from my hotmail page and its showing me as signed in under a name i changed months ago? i have only one email address and password but somehow windows live hotmail, live mail and messenger all show different profile details?

Just a few weeks ago my windows live is fixed from everyone appearing offline to me, here's the link:

It was working well for a few days, my friends could chat with me etc until i realised that i appeared offline to my friends. I could see them online, but they can't see me online. This happened suddenly, i did not change or do anything. I asked my friend if they could see me online previously or not. (after you guys helped me with the problem) and he said yes but now, its offline. I later went on asking more of my friends and all of them said i was offline.

Here's what I've tried:

1.)Re-adding: both me and one of my friends
2.)Re-logging in
3.)Checked if my status appears to be online

I am trying to change the Birthday details in one of my contacts.

Every time I try to save the changes, I get told that Hotmail is unable to save the changes and to try later.

I checked the service status and all is OK.
I am using Windows 7 Pro 64bit

My browser is Google Chrome version v.22.0.1229.79m

Please could someone help me with this problem

Ever since the contacts have changed to people I have been unable to access mine.  The status warning said there is no problems so what should I do and where are my contacts?  I have only been able to send email to the one address I can remember so hotmail has gone from my main tool to almost useless.  Will I have to change or can it be fixed?

Outlook not connecting to hosting exchange server

Up until yesterday, outlook was connecting to my hosted exchange server. It tells me at the status bar on the bottom right it is not connected even though I am connected to the internet. I have checked the hosted exchange server is working on both my Iphone and iPad. I rely on this email quite heavily so please can you resolve this issue as the product is unusable at the moment.

Messenger is locking up upon opening. Reinstalled, restarted, still not working. What gives?

Just started happening. Starting up messenger works, the login works, changing windows works. I can see received messages and I can see messages I send from my phone. I can also change my status. However, everything else is locked up. I ran the repair program but the problem persisted so I uninstalled, restarted my computer, and reinstalled and yet the problem is still there.


EDIT: Just tried uninstalling 2012 and installing 2011. No go.

how do I contact someone from hotmail? i got hacked and i am cluesless

i got  messages delivery status notification as undeliverable. it says documents where  attached to people from  my contact list with my attachements. did they see it?

can u please examine my account to see whats wrong!! whaenever i log in,itsays that "sorry, something iswrong with hotmail" then it tells me to check the service status.but when i check it, verything seems to beworking fine.but i still cant send or recieve any emails!! and i have everything in there!! i need help URGENTLY!!

i can sign in and go on my profile and calender, but not on my contact list or my mails

my home page with the social updates cant open and i need help urgently as i have been using my account for a very long time andi have all my usefull stuff in there and i need it back as soon as possible PLEASE!!
