Hi,

I would like to upgrade my skydrive storage but whenever I click on any storage option, I am getting following error message:

"Sorry, something went wrong"

"Please try again. If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check whether there's a problem with SkyDrive or to report the issue."

Is there any way to solve this issue?

I have already done following steps:

1) Tried from LATEST VERSION OF ALL POPULAR BROWSERS
2) Cleaned ALL BROWSERS HISTORY, TEMP FILES, COOKIES, ETC
3) Tried from DIFFERENT DESKTOPS, LAPTOPS, WINDOWS PHONES, ANDROID PHONES
4) Tried from DIFFERENT PLACES AND NETWORKS
5) Tried from DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF WINDOWS OS

Nothing worked and now I am very frustated user. I have been trying to upgrade my storage plan since last couple of months thinking everytime that Skydrive team is aware of it and it might be fixed by the the next time I try it after couple of days.

But, unfortunately, the issue hasn't been fixed and I can see that many users are still experiencing it.

Is it so hard to fix it? What's the size of Skydrive development team? Don't they have any person to take care of this issue? Is Skydrive team also a reflection of Windows Phone team?

I NEED A FIX SOON BEFORE I THINK ABOUT OTHER ALTERNATE OPTIONS.
