I am helping a friend whose husband recently had a stroke. He has been trying to sign on to his hotmail account and couldn't remember the password..so when asked to answer the security question he doesn't remember the answer that he had given.
Is there a way for him to contact you in some way so that you can provide him the help that he needs? I am really trying to help him and cannot find any answer that is totally the same situation. I know that I have sent him recent emails which were not returned
for a bad address, so the account is still active.
