Outlook Question — Password and Login

I'm an instructor and our students use the Outlook system/skydrive.live.com.  One of the students and I have tried to get pass the Caption verification and we cannot.  We tried the audio and still couldn't get pass caption.
The student has an account and is trying to recover his password, but we cannot get pass that stupid caption.  How can the student totally remove his information so he can start over?  He even tried to use his non-student personal email to create an account.  But because his name is already in the system, Microsoft won't let him create a second account.

Need ideas & help.

Importing Contacts csv file into Windows Live Mail

I have an excel sheet from when I exported my contacts to Outlook. Windows crashed last week and I am reinstalled Windows 7 and office2010 home and student. When I try to import the csv / excel file of my contacts into Windows Live Mail, it is asking to "map" something..... How can I import those contacts into Windows Live Mail?

I have purchased outlook for mac as a stand alone product but only have home and office.  Can i upgrade somehow or do i have to lose the money i have paid for outlook and upgrade to business?

Product Key is not accepted. It said is was activated once and now each time I click on "Outlook" I have to click on "continue trial period" for it to work.

What should I do?

I already have MS Office 11(mac) home and student. Can I just buy Outlook separately

I can't seem to find the step-up upgrade they talk about on the website. It seems that all I can do is buy a whole new 2011 Home and Business Suite...
