Hi
Yesterday i got reminder that my subscription in SkyDrive will be renewed. So i canceled the subscription i and preapproved payment on PayPal.
Today i got a message from you that you cannot charge me for renewal. Why?
I am trying to delete my microsoft account but I keep getting the message: "You need to cancel any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with your Microsoft account."
When I click on the "cancel" link, I go the subscriptions page and it's an "OWL Subscription (current)" however I haven't used this for years and it is free of charge but an unlimited subscription (i.e. appears to expire on the year 9999).
I tried talking to the relevant department on the phone and they are unable to delete this subscription, it isn't charged to any credit card or anything as it was originally from an app on my old phone from back in 2009.
Please help.

I've tried to research this answer but it's still not clear to me. I have an old Hotmail/Hotmail Plus account that I've upgraded to Outlook.com. I'm still paying the annual subscription right now, but it's up for renewal soon.
If I stop paying the "Plus" subscription and go back to a regular Outlook.com account, will I lose my older emails if my storage exceeds a certain limit? If yes, what is that limit? and is there a way to find out how much space my account currently takes up?
Thanks!

Want to reactivate my subscription to Ad-Free Outlook with credit card on file
Due to my card having expired my subscription to Ad Free Outlook was cancelled. I have tried to renew it and added a new payment method but it will not let me delete the old method of payment, just keeps re directing me back to add a new payee over and
over again. very frustrating. can you help?
Last year, I purchased an additional 20Gb for my SkyDrive. That caused a new subscription to appear on my Microsoft account, that will automatically renew the SkyDrive +20 I bought. I don't want to renew, but can't find anywhere on my MSFT account where I can delete or cancel the subscription, eventhough the message on the subscription reads 'You can cancel at any time at https://commerce.microsoft.com'. When I access my account at that link, there is no option or button anywhere for me to just cancel the darn thing.
Can anyone help?
