I want to close my outlook account cause I do not use this anymore. I am currently having an issue with this because it keeps telling me that I need to cancel all my subscriptions and Microsoft points to close my account. I don't have any subscriptions
or points at all so I don't see what the problem is. How can I close my account and get this stuff over with already?
My credit card information changed so I need use the new information for my subscriptions. But, you've told me to go to the Community Forum. That is the only choice and not really appropriate for handling payment information. I need to communicate the correct information to billing not an open forum. What should I do?
This Outlook email account is not receiving mail because Microsoft has not fixed it yet, so you cannot notify me on this email address. Please use the alternate email attached to this address or text to the phone. Thank you.
I have an old legacy hotmail account which I'd like to delete, however it appears to have links to subscriptions from my primary Microsoft Account somehow connected to it? (Xbox Live, Office 365)
I'm unsure how this has occurred as my primary Microsoft Account has a completely different email address and has no linkage to my old hotmail account (not an alias, not in the notification settings etc...). Even more odd is the legacy hotmail account
gets cc'd on any purchases made from my primary Microsoft Account??
Regardless, I'm unable to delete my old legacy hotmail account. If an Admin or someone from Support could message me - I'd like finally get this resolved as so far chats with Xbox Live support, etc... have not been helpful.
Thanks,
T.J.
Hi everyone, my email address has been hacked and I have a lot of private information and subscriptions including my xbox live account which has also been hacked. I have tried the password reset method, but whenever I sign in it gives me the "Someone has
been on your account" page rather than my emails. This is a very stressful and frustrating situation and I have talked to two different microsoft agents about the issue. I use my email address for work and as well as my subscriptions to my hobbies. I really
need some help getting the account back.
Thank you everyone for your time and concern

Hi I apologise for starting a new thread about this but I have already posted about this before, was asked in a Private Message by a Mod to provide my PUID and then nothing was ever done, no contact nothing afterwards. When I go to deactivate my account
I'm told I cannot due to billing and to cancel my subscriptions. I have never been subscribed to anything on MSN/Hotmail so could someone please help and follow it through this time?
Thanks in advance.
I have an old OUtlook/hotmail account that I have been trying to delete for a while now, but it will not allow me to do so because it keeps telling me i have subscriptions tied to this account/ some soft of billing information. I can't figure out for the
life of me what these items are though. I remember I used to have an Xbox Live account tied to it years ago, but have had it tied to a different account recently. I also had a few paid subscription websites tied to it, but all haven't billed me for years.
Is there any section of outlook/ whatever that I can go to that will tell me what I need to cancel/ change in order to delete my account?
Where can I go to see all the billing info/ subscriptions that are tied to my account so that I can get rid of it?
I am trying to close this Microsoft account. I no longer have access to this email address. When I click close account in the account summary window I am told I need to cancel any subscriptions. When I click Cancel I am taken to the billing page and
no subscriptions are listed. I just want to close this account and have been working on it for two months (on and off). It shouldn't be this hard to close an account. Any help would be appreciated.

I've currently got quite an issue of which I am worried about.
I have in the past made a few Xbox LIVE accounts which I have gave up on in the end, and I think some of them have 'auto-renew' on with Xbox LIVE subscriptions. The problem I've got really is that I cannot remember the emails that are linked to them, but can just about remember some of the gamertags (but not all gamertags).
What I need doing is stopping any Xbox LIVE account subscriptions that have the 'auto-renew' switched on. And if possible if all of my Xbox LIVE accounts can be deleted, except for the one I regularly use.
Is it possible Microsoft and Xbox can locate all Xbox LIVE accounts created from my internet connection? Or is there any other way?
I hope the problem can be resolved.
