In the last 48 hours I've increased a sudden influx of junk mail to my inbox, meanwhile normal mail is appearing in my junk folder... What's going on? Can someone please advise? I've never had issues with hotmail but outlook seems prone to trouble. Bring
back the high standards of hotmail please, improvements that increase yr junk mail and screw up your folders aren't enticing me to stay and I've always been a hotmail girl
