I have been trying for 3 weeks now to gain access to my account. It was blocked due to it being compromised. I use the email for work and so it is incredibly important that I get back in! I have sent numerous questionnaires and messages to your support centre
but apart from Dolly.D telling me to clear my cookies no one has given me any real advice.
I didn't attach any personal information to the account when I signed up. I have provided information for the last emails that were sent to and from work. Is there anything else I can do to verify this account? I have wasted so much time trying to get back
it to my own account.
Please send me something useful.
