I have this support ticket: SRX1211410559ID - Service Request Update 1211410559.

You have replied by email telling me you have responded to my service request but when I click on the link the only message that is displayed is a line that says I am not allowed to view this incident. What am I doing incorrectly?

I have been sent a text message from Windows Live and have changed my password and entered the code they sent to me.  The message said to sign in to your website to complete the process. I have the support ticket number that you sent to me. What do I do on your website to be on target?
