how do I switch back to hotmail from outlook, I pressed a button and I lost my Hotmail. I need Hotmail. Everybody knows me from my hotmail account

since ysterday , i dont know what's wrong with my hotmail account !!!!!
i tried to log in , so first time it gave me that i need to varifaied my email with other account, i put my yahoo email ..
since that time my hotmail account shif to be my yahoo email !! and i was tried to log in to my hotmail account but i couldnt even when i tired to reset the passport to my yahoo email !!!!!
the problem Now , i cant log to my hotmail account it is blocked beacuse i tried servel time + the hotmail creat for me a new account with the same yahoo email in hotmail login page i dont know how and why !!!
i just need to get back my hotmail account , ASAP i forgot my securied question , beacuse i created my hotmail more than 6 years now !!
I do not have a smartphone and do not want to use Outlook. But the Microsoft dictators will not let me go back to the Hotmail format because they claim they sent me an e-mail alerting me to the automatic switch. What arrogance!

We originally installed Office 2008 that came with Entourage. After about 6 months Entourage has been giving us trouble.
We installed the upgrade to Office 2011 when it came available but our version did not include outlook.
After many continuing problems with Entourage, we decided to download the Trial version of office that included outlook.
Upon trying to run outlook for the first time, a message pops up saying that it cannot switch to the identity and pops up a box to choose the identity.
I tried creating a new identity but this did not solve the problem.
I tried the database repair tool but this did not solve the problem
I tried putting the 2011 identities folder in the trash but this did not solve the problem.
I do not want to remove the existing software as I am worried that entourage will stop working all together.
What can we do to get this running?

I just signed up for a new @outlook.com account and migrated from my old @hotmail.com account.
I can understand how this would work for my email.
However, since then, I cannot access my MSN messenger anymore as it seems to have erased or closed my @hotmail.com account.
When I log into MSN messenger with my @outlook.com account, none of the contacts are there.... the data migration is a mess.
How do I "un-do" everything so that it is back to normal?
So I made the switch to an @outlook.com account from within my @hotmail.com account. All my messenger contacts and groups have been moved over to the new account, however all my contacts are offline and do not show up on the messenger tab on the right
side of outlook.com. I've asked a friend and although it says I am signed in on the Outlook.com site, I am not online in their messenger. How can I fix this so that I can use outlook.com to chat with my messenger contacts? Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Title says it all... is this the forum? I am a very... long time user of Office. Wayback to the non-GUI days of MS-DOS. I finally made the switch to Mac and OS X. I have seen tons of little things that just don't work quite right in the Mac version of
Office. These are not nits, they are bugs. Where do I report them? Here?
