Evry time i dfrag or cln junk win mail gets corrupted: if i uninstall &reinstall all is ok?

I've got my pop3 servers installed in windows mail & all is ok until: i dfrag or clean junk from sys or clean my
 registry with System Mechanic Pro. But anyway, is there anyway i might protect win essentials or hide it?
