I have been reading my emails on my portable devices.  So I had not actually logged into hotmail in awhile.  Today when I logged in my inbox only had 9 emails.  It used to have 300.  Where did they go and why?

Can anyone please tell me how many "FORWARDED ADDDRESS RULES" you are allowed in Hotmail?

At present I have only one "Forward" ruleand two "Move to"email instructions but the system says

"You have reached the forwarding rule limit. To add a new forwarding rule, please delete an existing one."   However until recently I had many more.

Thanks in advance for your time and advice..

I have been using Hotmail for several years and have always managed to add and delete from my various contacts lists (groups, etc).  Now the system seems to have changed and I just cant get new members into my groups.

Can only get to page 1 of 14 pages of deleted message, when clicking on arrow to go to page 2,system goes to inbox. Please help

How do I edit or add an email contact using the new system?

I agree with the two prior posters...I need to know how, under the "new and improved" contacts page (which really is NOT improved at all!) how to add/subtract names from my established groups, how to see who is in what group, how to e-mail to a specific group and how to e-mail to everyone in my e-mail contacts list. Also, how to rename groups. Where are the instructions to go with the new system???

Why have there been no responses from hotmail staff/techs. to these help requests?

What happens to questions?  I posted questions about Hotmail failing to load,  Then a question about the system.  They disappeared in a few minutes.  Does Hotmail delete anything not to its liking?
I open the other account and do not use it consistency with email but use for facebook. When I try to open, system shows that this account do not exists, how can I reactivate it?
This new people thing is a pain in the butt. I don't know how to put contacts in a certain group, such as my agent contacts where I can send out a mail to all of them instead of entering all of their addresses in. This used to be so easy and now I can't get anything done. Can't we go back to old system or I will  switch to a different mail service
I'm running Mac OS 10.5.8 and Outlook for Mac 2011 14.2.3.  I just recently updated.  Now, my system is running slow.  Plus, every time I run a search in my contacts for example, it comes up with 'no results'.  How can I fix this?  Thx.  Randy
