My Outlook acct has been blocked for SENDING emails. I can access my account just fine and can read my emails. When I try to send emails, it pops up a message that "due to unusual activity" on my account, I am blocked from sending and need to get a code
via my cell phone and reset my password. I reset my PW 2 times and still am blocked. I contacted tech support and have heard back from them that "nothing is wrong on their end" and I need to reset my password. I have reset it 2 more times and am still blocked.
Supposedly it can become blocked due to sending out spam, sending out emails to large groups of contacts, forwarding spam emails, etc. I have done none of these things. I responded back to tech support that the issue still isn't fixed, but haven't heard
back. Their response time is 24 hours. They did tell me that there is no phone customer service or other help available. Has anyone else had such an issue and how did you resolve it? Thanks!
I am not receiving emails from a company I do business with. Their tech support recommended my email provider to investigate. I have their 5 emails addresses on my safe list and address list.
I have both MSN Premium AND Hotmail Plus.......Do I have phone tech support with Hotmail Plus only?
W8. In order to make my computer trusted I had the help of a tech support of MS gentleman. There was a problem with the password. I got my computer to be trusted under {removed} my old account was {removed}. When I try to enter in the new e-mail e-mail
account however it takes me to the old address. It prompts me to enter a password for the old account. I enter the password I had for that account and it does not works.n, therefore I can not access my new e=mail. I have been trying to get help from Microsoft
and I have being in 5 different departments and they keep sending me to another department until the last one told me that they do not have support for Hotmail and they told me that may account is free and therefore...? It is a Catch 22 situation. I think
I am going to throw W8 away and go back to W7. I am very frustrated.
How do get to hotail without sighing in every time? I check the save info button.
Just recently all my emails that I send are staying in the outbox. I called MSN tech support and got a robot who told me to drag them to my draft folder? Hmm couldn't get that to work. Receiving just fine. This is a new issue as of yesterday. I checked outlook express (I do not use it or hotmail) Hotmail shows on my MSN homepage, but I never use the account. Never have used anyone but MSN for service.
