I can automatically forward incoming emails easily from my new bigpond email account to a back up account in the mail settings. I cannot find a way to similarly automatically forward the emails I send from this account to the back up account. The technical
support team at Telstra told me that they were not allowed to tell me how to do this (go figure), but said it could be done. Does anyone know how to do this please?

Hi,
I see this error when I try to login to skydrive that my account has been shutdown/temporarily taken offline.When I contacted the support team, they said nothing was wrong with the content I stored and it should be a technical glitch.I tried several times
later but I still get the account shutdown error, can someone please help.It is pretty urgent.

I can not access my skydrive account. I am seeing a warning that it was closed because of a violation of the Microsoft Terms of Use.
And I have contacted the online safety team. They tell me that I was not in violation of the Microsoft
COC or TOU. And suggest me to contact the technical support team.
