Purchased new hard drive  - technician put all data on the "Z" drive.

I copied the pst files to the "C" drive, Windows Live Mail 2012.

How do I import from the "C" drive to the various places, i.e. documents etc?

My previous email program was Windows Live Mail.

Thank you any and all.

I was not receiving incoming emails via my hotmail address.  I contacted a google address for support.  The technician said that my account had been hacked.  For a fee of $199 AU he said he could fix the problem.  He took over my computer.  I gave him my Mac password.  Also when creating a new password for my hotmail this was undertaken by the technician. ( I have since change the password again.)

It seemed like a reputable company.  He supplied his name.  An account was forwarded.  The hotmail problem has been solved.  Do I have any fears with the service that was provided?

If my hotmail account has been accessed - are my internet bank details safe?

This is the message he posted if I needed to contact the technician again.

I'm an IT technician and I'm working with a client who has exchange set up on her Outlook 2011.  Some how, some of her e-mails are getting moved to the Inbox under "On My Computer" folder.  I don't see a pop or IMAP account anywhere in her settings nor do i see any rules set up to move items to On my computer.  I've never seen this before.  I tried looking through every setting to see if there is a way to change where e-mails are delivered and I tried seraching online for solutions but no luck.  A few more things to add.  She's running OS X Lion and using Outlook 2011.  Also, her sent items are found in the inbox under On My computer as well.  Please advise.
I am running WINDOWS XP. After a hardware breakdown, the technician re-installed a number of programs I had lost. I now find that I have WINDOWS MESSENGER, which looks totally different and does not have the same facilities as the Messenger Program I had before. I assume that I need to install WINDOWS LIVE MESSENGER. I need advice whether to uninstall Windows Messenger before downloading and installing Windows Live Messenger, and the best way to go about it.  Thank you for your help.
