I use MacMal for email with two email addresses and am thru BigPond with Telstra and was wondering if anyone could tell me why one email address deletes POP folder automatically when I have the setting "remove copy from sender Immediately" activated and
the other email address does not.. I have to go to the BigPond (Telstra) website and manually delete all my emails. which then go to the DELETED folder and I have to delete them once again. Does anyone else experience this problem please and can anyone assist
me with how I can rectify this . thanks
I can automatically forward incoming emails easily from my new bigpond email account to a back up account in the mail settings. I cannot find a way to similarly automatically forward the emails I send from this account to the back up account. The technical
support team at Telstra told me that they were not allowed to tell me how to do this (go figure), but said it could be done. Does anyone know how to do this please?

I have started an upload of 285 photos from my iphone 5 to my skydrive. This has now been going for over 12 hours. How do I stop the upload, as it is using up my dowload allowance from Telstra. This is the first time I have used skydrive, so I am a complete
novice on this. Thanks
Telstra here in Australia supplied me with a Nokia Lumia 920 earlier this year and the sales person helped me out by setting up Skydrive etc for me and the phone would automatically upload to the cloud whenever wifi was available. This worked out great
when I damaged the phone beyond repair as all the contacts and messages came back to the replacement phone. I became concerned after a month or so to find that none of the photos from the new phone had uploaded to the cloud and despite having it checked by
Telstra it still wouldn't upload. I logged into Skydrive and received a notification that my account had been closed due to suspicious activity or use contrary to code of conduct or words to that effect. I have irreplaceable photos of work, people from work,
family gatherings, travel etc stored in Skydrive and I want them back. As I said this was set up for me by Telstra. This is all new to me. My previous phone was a Nokia N8 which saved to nokia suite. Can Microsoft do this? It seems a bit like theft of private
property to me. I have sent 3, possibly 4 messages from the Support page over the last 8 days asking for assistance and haven't had a reply. Could someone help with some advice please? Thank you.John Quintal.
Hi there,
I've had my phone replaced by Samsung on Saturday and since then, have had no such luck in syncing my mail via hotmail/Outlook with the Outlook app when I am not on wifi. On wifi works fine, but using Mobile Data it just wont let me.
I've had 3 very painful conversations with Telstra who insist they cannot help.
I am able to download my mail through the normal Samsung mail app while on 4G but I prefer Outlook, which won't download.
I'm hoping you can help me?
Cheers
macbook pro. Mountain Lion up to date, outlook 2011. everything up to date..
In my office environment, cable or wi fi, the problem does not exist. It only does this when i connect my macbook pro to a different network. ie a Telstra 4G wi fi dongle(this is how i found this issue to begin with), or my home ADSL wifi does the same.
As soon as Outlook connects, it goes into freakout mode like it is trying to download and upload all known information to man.. there are 2 other mac users in my office, all configured the same(well we think) but only my machine has this issue..Our mail servers
have quite small size limits (10 meg or something) so i dont think it is that.
I installed little snitch to find out what app was responsible and its defiantly outlook, nothing trying to send etc etc outlook looks idle, its only the little snitch meters and log that show outlook is maxing out the available bandwidth.. put 36 gig
on the 4G dongle in about 9 hours! Telstra kindly waived the $500 charge for going over the limit..on the condition if it happens again we pay.. how nice of them. I imagine Telstra and other ISP's are huge supporters of this problem.. HELP PLEASE.... ANYONE>>>
I have come across a few other threads where people have this problem, but no solution..
