With rebooting the system, reloading the operating system, cleaning cache, temporary files, etc I find that Outlook is crashing multiple times

usually in the evening when high usages are expected.  Since the possible reasons given and the reporting to Microsoft still appears it is not

known if the failure is an Outlook problem or a connectivity problem.  If the latter, is Microsoft's Outlook simply over-taxed at particular times?

I get the message in ie desktop version as well as app version. I disabled add-one, deleted temporary files & browsing history, reinstalled the app and reset computer to factory settings. Nothing worked. But I do not get the message  when I go to Outlook.com using Google search app

I have removed all temporary files, cookies etc and I still cannot read my hotmail messages. However, I can read my non hotmail messages. Help!!
