We have some marketing users that are sending HTML mail created in Outlook 2011 for Mac and it looks good when sent internally to either a PC or a Mac, formatting is good.  If you take that internal email that was sent to a PC and fw: it externally, HTML still looks good.  However, when sent externally, to either a PC or a Mac, the HTML is removed and the recipient receives as Plain Text.  Any ideas?

In Outlook Express, you can have the text of emails automatically remove when they are forwarded.  I looked at all possible menus on Windows Live Mail and could not find such an option.  How do I do that in Windows Live Mail?

Hello, I accidently changed my email address from one to another and now cannot get into either account. When I try to get into resetting my password it says that the phone number & text number ends in 05 which is not one of my current phone numbers. Also my security question is "who am I" which I have entered many times and with no luck.

I would really like my old email address but now with the new hotmail email, I did not ever set in any information which means what is there is not correct. How can I get into either account.

Thank you, Dennis

Livemail 2011 on Windows 7: some e-mail's (http?) text is invisible. If you select->copy it on an editor, you'll get iti visibile. If you try to answer, it seems you can't write (answer keeps the same text settings and so it's invisible as well). In a different client such e-mails are rendered correctly.
Sometimes when I log into hotmail  page is squashed on left hand side of screen and all text is in blue. Also login when this happens is very slow. No other sites affected.

To: box looks like a drop down list that does not allow me to see what I am posting in it;

text formatting icons missing / distorted.

Is there something wrong with hotmail.co.uk today?

Font size of the displayed text gets smaller automatically. How to increase font size.
I've noticed a couple of odd things with adding a signature in Outlook.
When I open Signatures and click on the button "Default Signatures" I see a list of everyone who has shared a calendar with me.
Also, when I click on the "+" to add a new signature, by default one of these individuals names pops into the text box.
I often paste pictures in my emails sent by Windows Live Mail.
Unfortunately, these pasted pictures appear in the emails much smaller than the original, which is especially problematic if the pictures are parts of screen shots that contain text (which becomes too small to read).
Why is Live Mail shrinking pasted pictures, and is there a way to prevent it from doing so?
(And if it's a bug .. as I suspect .. can it be fixed?)

How can I zoom email messages when I am composing and reading so that the font size does not change for the outgoing message but it allows me to zoom the text size larger to be able to read?
