Not recieving e-mails

For 2 days I been participating with the jcp/christmas web site with a time sensitive response expected in 48 hours that I can't repond too.   Please correct this problem for us. thankyou  for any help

No Preview Pane

                               thankyou for your answer to my 1st question "can't find how to activate the preview pane"

 I did as you said, but upon opening "view menu"  Layout is greyed out and wont open. Is this because i haven't made Windows Live Mail my default email program?

 

 

i used to be able to access my windows messenger but recently i am not able to as it says my messenger may have been compromised. How will i be able to access my messenger account again???

I used to be able to access my windows messenger very easily except 2 days ago . Everytime i try to sign in, i get a message that my account may have been compromised .

 

Please assist me as to how would i be able to access my acount again

Cannot find old email address

I have opened a new email address because my  old one was blocked even after receiving a code i entered and it would not allow me entry i want to find old email addresses and messages is this possible thankyou

How do you get the size of the email visible (megabytes) ?

My previous email provider would show how many megabytes each email was.   I liked that and miss it.   Can't seem to get it with hotmail.  Help!
